Through a play-based methodology and real-world immersion program, Michuchutren’s Spanish immersion programs instill a passion for the Spanish language to children 1 to 12 years old. We offer a diversity of programs that build a language foundation while developing a love for learning.

How To Register Your Child
Arlington programs run by sessions (Fall, winter, spring). All registrations are done through Arlington’s Park and Recreations system. Classes are given by sessions of 8 to 10 classes depending on the season.

CHIQUITINES – PARENT AND ME CLASS
Ages: 18 months to 3 years old

8 Sessions
Our Parent and Me program: Chiquitines, is a great start for every child. By the hand of their loved ones (parents, grandparents, caregiver), they will develop their love for the Spanish Language. We will expose them 100% to the language and open their minds through what they love most: Play. We create adventures through music experiences, storytelling, role play, art projects and much more to arouse their natural curiosity for learning. Self-creativeness, imagination and lots of fun is our main goal.
VIAJEROS CLASS
Ages: 3 to 5 years old

Hours: 11:00 am to 11:45 am

8 Sessions
Using our imaginations to travel the world, discovering new cultures, new friends and new adventures. Aboard Michuchutren™ and fully immersed in the Spanish language, we encourage every child to use their imaginations and curiosity to gain oral comprehension of the language. Every class includes a themed hands-on-project, storytime, a healthy dose of movement and lots of music that will expose children to a great Spanish vocabulary while they become familiar with more complex aspects of the language engaging in adventures with friends and teachers. We provide the environment for them to Love Spanish! No previous exposure to the language is required.

Learning through the natural way
The natural approach is based on learning a second language in the same way we learned our first. The main objective is not to learn the correct way of writing or saying something but to focus on the goal of being able to communicate.
